Mon5Walk to oprogramowanie wspomagające pracę aplikacji op5 Monitor. Celem Mon5Walk jest przekazanie operatorom systemu możliwości sterowania aplikacją za pomocą poleceń CLI systemu Linux. Program potrafi operować na plikach arkusza kalkulacyjnego i pozwala w sposób masowy wykonywac zmiany na obiktach op5.

Dlaczego powstał Mon5Walk ?
op5 Monitor funkcjonuje w dużych infrastrukturach naszych klientów. Tysiące monitorowanych urządzeń wymagają innego podejścia, niż systemy mniejszej skali. Narzędzie powstało z potrzeby stałego modyfikowania systemu podczas wdrożeń oraz na etapie stabilizacji systemu. Poszukiwaliśmy narzędzia które w jedym kroku pozwoli na wprowadzenie dużych zmian w konfiguracji, wykona modyfikację progów, ustali na nowo zmienne „Custom Variables” lub wykona eksport konfiguracji do pliku CSV. Dziś nasze wdrożenia są w większości wykonywane z poziomu Mon5Walk co pozwala nam na szybką modyfikację aplikacji.
